lilsnow collects only the minimum data required to function properly:
- Server & User IDs – To manage tickets, applications, moderation actions, and permissions.
- Message content – Only when explicitly interacting with bot commands (e.g., ticket creation, application forms, moderation logs).
- Voice state & music activity – Only while using the music system (queue, currently playing track).
- Configuration settings – Your chosen prefixes, enabled modules, role assignments, etc.
We do NOT store:
• Full message history of your server
• Private DMs
• Personal data (real names, emails, addresses)
• Any data longer than necessary
2. How We Use Your Data
We only use the collected data to:
- Provide and improve bot functionality
- Create and manage tickets & applications
- Enforce your server rules (moderation, anti-raid)
- Play music and manage queues
- Send important notifications (e.g., ticket replies, application status)
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely on encrypted servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard protections and regularly update our systems.
4. Data Retention
When lilsnow is removed from a server:
- All server-specific data is automatically deleted within 48 hours.
- Ticket transcripts and logs are kept only if you explicitly export them.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Request a full export of your data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent for data processing

lilsnow uses the following trusted services:
- Discord API (official)
- YouTube & Spotify APIs (for music playback only)
- Formspree (contact & feedback forms)
